About

We aim to construct a digital twin that reproduces actual production systems in cyberspace in order to improve productivity, which is strongly required in the manufacturing industry due to the decrease in the working population. Specifically, we are conducting research to construct predictive simulation systems for lithography processes used in semiconductor manufacturing and phase separation processes used in the manufacture of polymer separation membranes for medical and environmental applications.
